BBC Lighting Workshop

On friday, me and the rest of the class went to BBC, 21CC in White City. Here we met and spoke to two directors, one who specialized in lighting. We first watched some of their work, with examples such as; music videos, documentaries and art exhibition video. Then we began the light workshop and we were shown the different types of lights and angles. We also looked at different coloured gels and reflectors, which creates different moods depending on the colours. 

Before lunch, we went into groups that we chose, and we're given a task to do, we had to create and film a scene out of 4 different categories, Gangsters HQ, Alien Abduction, News Report and a Real Life Event. My group which was me, Katie, Kwame and Maya, had to do Alien Abduction.
